The Independent is a British newspaper that was established in 1986 as a national morning printed paper and is now an online newspaper only.
We eliminated difficulty in finding the info needed by making an obvious search bar. There was also a huge number of distractions on the website. In some places, ads were even prioritized over the loading of the content. So we made the website simple and more engaging.
Learning feedbacks of real users
Our goal was to find some weak places on the website UX and eliminate them, so it can create more value for business and users. By conducting research and learning feedbacks from real users about the Independent website we have found some interesting solutions.
