Time and Material
According to customer’s requirements company prepares approximate estimation of the project. However, the customer is charged on hourly base considering the working hours of the team.
With this model customer can include changes within the project during the development project. Team members can be engaged in a couple of projects at the same time – no dedication.
Customer provides detailed description of project scope and development team estimates each tasks included in the scope. Client is charged according to the final agreed budget (50% prepayment and 50% after the project is approved by the client).
No changes can be done to the project during the working process. Any additional work is charged according to model “Time and Material – Project Base”. In this option team is not dedicated to the project.
With this option company provides dedicated developer/designer only to customer’s project. The customer is charged on monthly base according to monthly fixed rate per each employee.
Developer/designer works full time on the customer’s project (40 hours a week) not depending whether there is task from client’s side or not – he/she is similar to remote employee of the customer.
There are several ways to develop software, two of the most prominent methods being Waterfall and Agile. Depending on complexity of the project and customer’s wishes we choose the best approach or combination of them.
Instead of a sequential design process, the Agile methodology follows an incremental approach.
This type of model is basically used for the project which is small and there are no uncertain requirements.
